I have been enjoying the ownership of pinball machines for close to forty years and have lived in different parts of the country. The most frustrating part of ownership is finding a tech who knows what they are doing and trustworthy. Without hesitation I can say Ryan is the best tech I have ever met and have had nothing but excellent work done by him on many machines. On site board repairs. . . are you kidding?? Ryan repaired a pinball machine that was damaged by sellers neglect. Ryan showed up on time and did the necessary repairs and then did extra work so the same problem wouldn’t happen again. Very glad I found Ryan. I’ve had issues with a Terminator 3 machine since purchasing it used about 8 years ago. I’ve had four different repair persons try and fix the same problem since it first came into our home including the large Houston based arcade company we bought it from, who stood by their short warranty period, working on it three times. Same issue each time. Even went back to the shop twice. I don’t think we have over ten hours of play time on it yet. Ryan’s experience with electronic machines shows in his knowledge of this type of equipment. My problem was very basic and was taken care of in a few minutes. Been playing this game for about an hour now with no issues. Will update this review after putting many more hours on it in the coming months. I highly recommend Ryan.

I purchased a 70's era electro-mechanical pinball machine which stopped working on me after I hauled it home. Called a couple of other pinball repair companies, and either they wouldn't work on the 70's machines or they wouldn't come out to my location. Then I called and talked to Ryan. It didn't take me long to figure out he had a deep knowledge of pinball machines and I was surprised when he said he would come on-site to take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and not only did he get the machine running, he taught me a lot of how to work on the machine and how to maintain it over time. I highly recommend Ryan.

Perfect experience. I had a 720 that was in my collection for a couple of months and died. Ryan repaired it very quickly onsite and now it's working perfectly again. Not sure how to start how to say how amazing Ryan is at his knowledge and passion at pinball. My first pinball was flash and it was in rough shape. Dead not working and Ryan was fast to help me. He lived so far away from me he was willing to help me over the phone. After hours and week's on the phone with many late night phone calls flash...my first machine is diagnosed. I was looking for a specific machine (Bride of PinBot) in the Dallas area, but many of them were beat up; duct-taped together or just all around nasty. I found a good BoP in the Houston area, but wanted it to be looked at before I bought it/took it home. Ryan helped me review the machine/shop it out/and make sure it was in great condition before I bought it from the other owner. He got it fixed and in great shape before we loaded it up. I don't mean we just threw it in my truck, he packed/wrapped it so well, it looks like it was packed at the factory. I drove threw a thunderstorm on the way home and not one drop of water hit the machine ...that is perfect! I would highly recommend anyone in the Houston area use him for your service needs! Ryan isn't like any other arcade/pinball repair guy I've ever dealt with. Honest, fair, professional, and very knowledgeable. That's not what you usually say about the hacks that try to fix your machines, and in the end just make them worse. Having Ryan work on your games is like having someone from Williams, Bally, or Data East come over... he just knows these machines and how they work! He doesn't waste time with weird fixes and short-term miracles. Everything's done just the way it should be. And the other crazy thing: he keeps his appointments and is reachable by phone or text when you need him. That's a huge selling point in itself. He's reliable. The OG PinBro, Ryan is simply the best. Brought back a Data East pin from the dead - endless hours troubleshooting and fixing. Prior to that, repaired (and upgraded it to a point BETTER than when it rolled off the production floor many moons ago in Chicago) an old Williams Hyperball machine that hadn't fired a ball in nearly 15 years! Had a 94 World Cup pinball that needed repair and could not find anyone in Houston that could do it. Not sure how I found Ryan but he was amazing--knowledgeable, prompt and honest.
